If you don’t want to stress about palettes, flower varieties, or how it’s all going to come together on the day — you’re in the right place.
This is a creative, done-for-you service. We’ll design, deliver and install everything from personal flowers to ceremony features and table arrangements. You'll also get access to our in-house hire range to elevate the setup with candles, plinths, or vessels.
This service has a minimum floral spend of $8,000.
- Custom floral design
- Personalised concepts based on your wedding vibe, colour palette and venue.
- Personal flowers: Bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and whatever else you need to hold or pin.
- Ceremony florals: Arches, arrangements, aisle markers, designed to suit your space and setup.
- Reception florals: Table arrangements, statement installs, bar or signage flowers.
- Candles and candleware
- Exclusive access to our in-house hire items: Optional add-ons like plinths, vessels and stands to elevate the overall setup.
- Design consultation & floral mood board
- Delivery, install & pack down: Full setup on the day so you don’t have to lift a finger.

When you’re ready, it’s time to lock in your date with a 30% deposit. Your wedding day is officially in the books, and we’ll welcome you to the SUB.SUBTLE family.

Eight months out from your wedding we start working on design we select your colour palette and finalise your floral mood board.
curate
Once you approve your vision, it’s all in our hands. From sourcing florals from growers, conditioning and floral design.
create
On your wedding day, we deliver your personal florals and set up your spaces, making sure you have incredible floral designs to wow your guests.
