- We'll confirm availability within 24 hours, if we're free, we'll send your invoice. (if we're not we'll let you know!)
- Pay a 50% deposit to lock in your date.
- One month out, we'll send you a short form to confirm your colours, inspo and pick up / delivery details.
- We make your flowers using the best in-season blooms and have them ready for you on your selected date.

Will my flowers last if I pick them up before the day?
Yes, just keep them somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. We recommend collecting no more than one day before your event.
Can I make changes after I've paid my deposit?
You can make changes up to one month out when we finalise your details. If you need to add something after that, email us asap and we'll do our best to accommodate. We can't remove items within the one month window as we'll have already placed our flower order.
Can I request specific flowers or styles?
Everything is florist's choice. We work with the best available in-season blooms within your chosen colour palette. When we send your details form closer to the date, there's a spot to upload inspo images so we can nail the vibe. Trust us, it's always good.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We accept orders up to 12 months out. We recommend booking early to make sure we're available. But if you're more of a last minute human, fill out the form anyway and we'll do everything we can to make it work.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sydney metro. If you're outside our zone, or just want to save some cash, you're welcome to collect from our Concord studio before your event.
What if you're not available on my date?
